B&G’s Charity Foundation Don’t forget, we have the foundation set up and waiting for any contributions you wish to make.  No Amount is too little or too small.  Every bit is so helpful.  Many Thanks!!
In case you have not heard, sometime last week Taco Bell sold the 100 th  Million Dorito’s Taco.  That is an amazing achievement in just a few weeks, and we are now entering our summer season when things should really get busy. Both Taco Bell and KFC have attractive discounted bargains for our customers that are designed to entice our customers to return again and again this summer.  PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE ADVERTISMENTS CAN GET THEM IN THE RESTAUANT THE FIRST TIME, BUT IT IS UP TO EACH OF YOU TO GIVE THEM FAST, FRIENDLY SERVICE IN ORDER TO KEEP THEM RETURNING. We know that we have the best CHICKEN and FISH available and that only the freshest ingredients go into our Taco Bell products.  We have to make sure that every order is filled correctly.  We have to make sure that we serve nothing that is not within the proper holding time.  We have to make sure that the product we serve looks good and if it does not that we do it over. We have to remember that the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!  And it is our job to satisfy them, not argue with them.  Give them what they think they ordered even if we know they ordered something else. We need each and every customer… we have to do all we can to keep them coming back. If we can be successful with those few point above, this can be a great summer for our company, and each of you can be proud of the part you played in making it happen. Remember the most important rule to insure our company and restaurant is successful is---                THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. We all have to practice that every day….Thank you for doing so,   Gregory J Hamer Sr
Vivianne Camacho is who’s HOT right now!      She can hardly be described as the new kid on the block. However, she is just getting back into the QSR scene after a few years hiatus.  I’m sure she would hardly describe it like riding a bicycle, but in a matter of months she has the store doing a 180.                 VOC scores are up, the store is achieving RCP for the first time in over a year, and customers are noticing the difference.       One day, the DO and the AC were sitting in the lobby, and 4 different customers came up to them to express their pleasure in the changes that are going on in the store.  These customers actually looked forward to their visit to Taco Bell # 22772 in Broussard Louisiana because they know the team here would brighten their day, one way or another.    Thank you Vivianne for a great job !!!     Joey MacNamara, Area Coach
INSURANCE FRAUD      Did you know that fraudulent insurance claims are a crime punishable by hefty fines and possible jail time?  Recently we have had a few people fake injuries at work claiming they were hurt, only for the insurance adjustor to find out after thousands of dollars of fraudulent medical bills were created, that the injuries were fake, or the people were injured somewhere other than work.  Every claim for injury that is made will be investigated by the insurance company.         If they believe that fraud is involved they will dig deep into the case.  If they find that fraud has been committed they will pursue criminal charges on the people guilty of the fraud.  In the case mentioned above all medical expenses are now the responsibility of the employee that committed the fraud, and they are awaiting a court date where they will have to answer to insurance fraud charges and face possibly fines and jail time.  Gregory Hamer, Jr.
